When purchasing services, Revneo AI may require billing-related information, such as billing name, billing address, payment method details, and information related to the services purchased.

Revneo AI does not directly store full credit card details on its own servers. Payment information may be processed through trusted third-party payment providers.

Certain login information may also be stored through cookies or similar technologies to streamline the login process and improve user experience.

We use personal contact information to administer services, communicate with users and clients, provide updates, send service announcements, manage accounts, respond to inquiries, and provide customer support.

Revneo AI may use analytics information with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics to monitor service usage, improve website performance, increase functionality, verify authorization, and enhance the user experience.

3. Website Ownership and Transfer Policy

Website Ownership

Upon full onboarding and completion of website development by Revneo AI, each client shall be deemed the owner of the website content and website design created for their practice or business.

Ownership does not include ownership of Revneo AI proprietary platforms, software, internal systems, templates, custom values, automations, workflows, AI tools, hosting systems, or third-party technology used to host, deploy, or operate the website.

Transfer Requirements and HIPAA Compliance

Because healthcare websites may collect, transmit, or interact with Protected Health Information, PHI, or data subject to HIPAA, additional conditions may apply to any website transfer.

A healthcare client may request website transfer only to a properly configured HIPAA-enabled environment approved by Revneo AI and capable of maintaining required privacy and security safeguards.

The client is responsible for ensuring HIPAA mode, compliance settings, Business Associate Agreements, and required safeguards remain active after transfer.

Continued Hosting Option

If the client does not have a HIPAA-enabled approved environment for transfer, the website may remain active under an ongoing paid Revneo AI hosting, support, or maintenance subscription.

Termination Option

If the client cancels services without arranging an approved HIPAA-compliant transfer, the website may be deactivated and may no longer be available within Revneo AI systems.

No-Exception Policy

To maintain HIPAA compliance and uphold legal, regulatory, and ethical obligations, Revneo AI may refuse transfers that could place PHI at risk or reflect non-compliance with applicable standards.

Client Responsibility

  • The client is responsible for compliance within their own environment after transfer.
  • The client must maintain appropriate HIPAA safeguards and Business Associate Agreements where required.
  • Revneo AI makes no representation that a client’s independent environment will remain compliant after transfer.

Reservation of Rights

Revneo AI reserves the right to update, modify, or amend this policy at any time to reflect changes in law, regulation, operations, HIPAA standards, or data security requirements.

Disclaimer

This policy is intended to describe Revneo AI’s operational standards and transfer requirements. It is not legal advice. Clients should consult qualified legal counsel regarding HIPAA and other compliance responsibilities.
